Hypopressive exercises
Hypopressive exercises are a set of postural and breathing exercises that are based on a decrease in intra-abdominal pressure. These allow you to work the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles very effectively, improving your muscle tone and function, and releasing pathological tensions.
