Personalized Training
Sports Performance
Regardless of the sports level (cyclotourist, amateur, professional), age and objectives, we prescribe personalized training to the individual characteristics of the athlete, the hourly availability and the objectives to achieve.
Training is sent directly to the device through the Training Peaks platform, where we can analyse, give and receive feedback on the training carried out in a simple way while maintaining permanent contact with the coach.
Physical Evaluation
Physical evaluation consists of two distinct components, the body composition evaluation and the blood lactate analysis.
In the evaluation of the body composition the adiposity folds and the muscular perimeters are evaluated, making it possible to describe and identify in detail the percentages of fat, lean mass, possible asymmetries and relate them to the need of the athlete’s modality.
Through blood lactate analysis, the athlete’s physiological profile is drawn, allowing the identification of the athlete’s Aerobic and Anaerobic Threshold (FTP).
After the evaluation, a report is made with all the information gathered in the tests, the weight/power ratio and the determination of the individual training zones that can be applied to modalities such as Cycling, Running, Triathlon, etc.

Physical exercise has many benefits, however, there are special populations where the practice of exercise requires greater attention and care.
